MULT-LINE  GRANULAR  PACKING MACHINE 

TECHNICAL DATA: 

The machinery is suitable for packing nonsticky granular raw materail, such as sugar, coffee, instant, 

salt and so on. There are two, four and eight lines type for choosing. All the job of bagmaking,

 measuring,filling, sealing, cutting,counting, printing code can be done automatically. 

1.  Control by PLC ( panasonic, made in Japan),  the operation is very easy with digital display. 

2. All the cover and spare part which contact with raw material are made by   stainless steel, meet to GMP standard, so it is very safe for the products. 

3.  The length of bag and filling range are adjustable.  All the contact parts adopt shortcut operation, which is easy to wash. 

4. Adopt automatic photo-cell, the record is accurate. 

5. The speed is very high and adjustable. For every line, the max capacity is about 70bags/min. 

6 There is the alarming system, when there is no packing material, the   machine will stop working and to alarm. It will save the raw material and labor. 

Packing materials: PT/PE, BOOP/PE, AL/PE film and other het-sealable laminates etc.
