The present machine is a full automatic liquid packaging machine developed by our company for a special purpose of package by use of capped stand up bags. On the basis of stand up bags,the product packaged by use of the present machine is provided with a threaded cap socket at the top of a bag to meet the requirements for false prevention design. In doing so,the product will have such specific features as vertically standing by itself of bags,better on-shelf display performance and convenience for use by consumers. It is now a novel and perfect form of package among liquid soft packages.The present machine is composed of a main machine (packaging machine),electromagnetic vibration material preparation device and belt conveyor. It can automatically finish bag making,capping,filling-in,metering, sealing,cutting,date printing and finished products outgoing etc.the whole process of package.The present machine adopts pneumatic transmission,PLC control and touch screen man-machine interface,being reliable in operation and convenient for operation and adjustment. A photoelectric calibration and automatic rectification device will be put into use in the process of shape-forming and bag-making to insure that the patterns on the packaging bags will be complete and all the sides of bags will be flush.The film drawing mechanism will be driven by a step motor to ensure a higher accuracy of film drawing location. Production date will be printed by use of a ribbon hot code printing system so as to keep a clear print and last for a long time.The packaging material can use PE/PA/PET, PE/PA,PE/PET and PE/AL/PET etc.composite films.

Main use: The present equipment can be applied for package of such varied liquids as fruit juice,non-carbonated drinks,wines,edible oil,soy sauce and vinegar etc.liquid foods and chemical products.With a change in material supplying system,it can be also suited for package of jams and flour paste etc.viscous materials such as bechamel and catchup,and chemical products.
