Production Process & Rigging

1. Automatic container dropping → Sterilizing by ultraviolet radiation → Filling→ Auto coding →

 1st heat sealing →Photoelectric pattern proofreading → 2nd heat sealing → Film trimming → 

Auto discharge. 

2. Auto cup dropping: Use automatic denude cup up. 

3. Auto filling: The mode of filling is according to the filling material. 

4. Auto coding: With thermal carbon roller type printer. 

5. 1st heat sealing: Plane sealing. 

6. Photoelectric sensor correction: Auto photoelectric sensor for feedback correction. 

7. 2nd heat sealing: Concentric stria sealing. 

8. Film trimming: Concise film trimming process with film shape. 

9. Auto discharge: Taking out unit for containers.
