DXD-1500 WEIGHTING AND PACKING LINE

The line is full automatic producing line, including the elevator , electronic scale, packing machine,

 working platform. And the nitrogen making machine, conveyor are optional. The detail is as following:

1. ELEVATOR

This kind of elevator is used mainly to convey the solid food,such as rice,chip potato,candy,vegetable,

etc. The conveyor is made of stainless steel and plastic(PP),which is hygienic and healthy.

Comparing with the traditional conveyor, this conveyor is connected through the gear,so the 

conveyor is stable,wearable and water-fast.The baffle design prevents the object falling off.

It composes the automatic quantitative packing system  combined with the scale and packing 

machine,which is applying widly.The conveyor is easy to install and wash.

2. ELECTRONIC SCALE 

It is the 12 head electronic scale, for the dry or fresh goods, such as rice, seeds, coffee, candy,

 sugar, nuts and so on.

Use the digital sensors to enhances speed, precision and anti-jamming capatiblity;

Fram with IP65 protection;

Statistical data-inspect on screen and via optional printer output;

3. DXDK-1500 PACKING MACHINE

Main standard features

The bag adopted pillow and   design, which could make the bag stand by itself and more beautiful  

Adopted square shape perform feeder can avoid jamming phenomenon in the fed material process 

If the products are fragile, the design of is can avoid broking in the process,ensure no broken-phenomenon when product enter in bag, increase product qualified.The whole machines using 

PLC control display screen and interface of machineHot stamp ribbon coders as well as supply material

system also packing machine work synchronize. Photoelectric tracks assuring complete logo of the packing bags.
